Cookie Policy
§ 1 General provisions
- This Cookie Policy sets out the rules for storing and accessing information on User devices by means of cookies in the www.gsm-support.net service.
- The service is operated by GSM-Support Jadwiga Konefał - Góral, with its registered office in Kraków (31-416), ul. Dobrego Pasterza 102/5, Poland, Tax ID (NIP): 8133358609, REGON: 181081334, e-mail: sales@gsm-support.net.
§ 2 What cookies are
- Cookies are small text files stored on the User device while using the service and read on subsequent visits. They do not change the configuration of the device and are not used to install software.
§ 3 Cookie categories
- Necessary — required for the shop to work correctly (session, cart, login, form security, remembering the consent choice). They do not require consent and cannot be disabled from within the service.
- Marketing — related to third-party plugins (Facebook, the Nokaut price-comparison service, GG chat). Used only with the consent of the User, given in the cookie banner.

§ 5 Managing consent
- On the first visit the service displays a cookie banner allowing the User to: accept all cookies, limit them to necessary ones only, or make a detailed category choice.
- Marketing cookies (and the plugins that set them) are loaded only after consent is given.
- Consent may be changed or withdrawn at any time — the "Cookie settings" link in the footer of every page reopens the banner. Withdrawing marketing consent removes the "nokaut" cookie and stops loading marketing plugins.
- Refusing marketing cookies does not limit the use of the shop (browsing, cart, orders and the account work normally).
§ 6 Browser settings
- Independently of the banner, the User may manage cookies in the browser settings (restriction or blocking). Completely blocking necessary cookies may prevent the use of the cart and login.
§ 7 Final provisions
- This Cookie Policy may be amended (e.g. when the tools used change) — the current version is always published on this page.
- The rules of personal data processing are set out in the Privacy Policy.
- This version is effective from 5 July 2026.
